Our story

I'm a professionally trained chef and I’ve worked in number of 5-star and Michelin star kitchens with a lifelong love for baking and all things sweet. While I’ve learnt my skills in professional kitchens, my true passion has always been creating delicious cakes and desserts that bring people together. I started Daisy&Thyme with the idea of making elegant afternoon tea experiences accessible to everyone—bringing a touch of luxury and joy into the comfort of your own home. Whether it’s a bespoke cake for a milestone moment or a freshly prepared dessert table to share with loved ones, I pour creativity, care, and flavour into everything I make. Celebrating should feel special, and I’m here to help you do just that.

Whether you choose our afternoon tea service that brings all the charm of a traditional tearoom straight to your home or a beautiful dessert table to cater to your events theme, we have something for everyone! We arrive with a selection of freshly prepared cakes, sweet treats and scones, beautifully presented and ready to enjoy. Your table is carefully styled with elegant décor and floral touches to create a truly special atmosphere. Once everything is perfectly in place, all that’s left for you to do is relax and enjoy. We’ll return the following day to collect our equipment—no stress, no fuss, just a memorable experience from start to finish.
